The spontaneous images in this Scenic and Nature Gallery fell prey to the adrenaline pokes that a photographer gets when they see a shot that must be taken. :)
When I had the wonderful opportunity to live in Northern California with my husband Ed and 2 children at the time, within an hour or two drive we often went hiking, camping and Ed surfing, often in remote areas. We often hiked many hours to a camping place and in most camp outings, we would not see another person for 7-10 days.
